Monique Mo’Que Chambers was born and raised on the Westside of Los Angeles. An American dancer, choreographer, singer, songwriter, poet, and actress currently working on a musical stage play: ” Broadway N’ Black Theatre Series 2025 (SHADES),” Directed by Dennis Rowe Entertainment. Mo’Que has directed two independent music videos inspired by her original lyrics, music produced by Jeff Russell JSwole, and mastered by Def K. She has also worked with legendary entertainers in television, film, video, and stage, such as Susaye Greene (“the last official Supreme”), Michael Jackson, Toni Braxton, Troop, H-Town, Dru Hill, Shaquille O’Neal, Jeffrey Daniel (founder member of Shalamar), Bell Biv DeVoe, Jon B, Joe, Ice-Cube, Snoop Dogg, LL Cool J, Bernie Mac, Queen Latifah, Danny DeVito, Holly Hunter, and more.

Mo’Que is a Soul Train Pioneer from 1988-2006 and the longest running female Soul Train Dancer of all time. She began her journey as a Soul Train Dancer after being selected by the Dance Coordinator, Eric Casem. Then elevated from a floor dancer to a stage dancer, once spotted by the late Soul Train TV Show Host and Creator, Don Cornelius. Mo’Que performed on the Soul Train stage as a featured dancer for artist Tasha Holiday, rap group Wreckx-n-Effect (featuring Teddy Riley), and singing group Reel Tight (Mentor and discovered by Warren G). She also featured in episodes of the Soul Train Lines, grooving alongside great American legends Shemar Moore, Nick Cannon, and Jamie Foxx.

Throughout this journey, she was featured on the BET series, “I Was a Soul Train Dancer,” executive produced by Timiza Sanyika and casting director and producer Robi Reed. And still going strong, Monique Mo’Que Chambers has the great honor to continue her legacy as a Soul Train Dancer, working on the Soul Train Cruise hosted by Tony Cornelius and sharing the same stage singing in a Jazz session with Queen legend, Sheila E.
