Full Force and Allure

Full Force

Full Force, the 6-man brothers and cousins entity, burst on the scene in 1984 as producers and songwriters when they produced the hit records of UTFO’s “Roxanne Roxanne” and Lisa Lisa & Cult Jam’s “I Wonder If I Take You Home”. They also co-wrote and played on Kurtis Blow’s hit “Basketball”. They went on to produce and write songs for James Brown, Patti Labelle, Rihanna, Backstreet Boys, Selena, Black Eyed Peas, Justin Timberlake with N’Sync, Cheryl Pepsii Riley and others.

Full Force also had hits of their own such as “Alice I Want You Just For Me,” Temporary Love Thing,” All In My Mind” and “Ain’t My Type Of Hype,” which was taken from the classic movie House Party, which the 3 Full Force Brothers also co-starred in as the comedic bullies chasing after Kid & Play.

Allure

Allure is the talented female group who was discovered by Mariah Carey. She signed the group to her label Crave records, which was distributed by Sony records.

Allure’s first single was the Top 10 international smash hit remake “All Cried Out,” which also featured the group 112. The song was written by Full Force and produced by Mariah Carey, but the talented girls made the song their very own.

Some of Allure’s other hit records was the song which featured Nas entitled Head Over Heels, No Question featuring LL Cool J, Last Chance, Enjoy Yourself plus more.
