Cruise Day 1: Tampa, FL (Monday: December 26, 2016 / Boarding 12:00pm – 2:00pm)
Tampa nicknamed as “The Big Guava,” is so much more than merely home to Busch Gardens (one of the most popular theme parks in Florida). The Ybor City district is alive with history, shopping and fine dining. Board Cruise Ship
Sail from Tampa, Florida at 4pm (boarding is from 12pm to 2pm) onboard the Norweign Jade. Join us for lunch on-board before we watch the ship sail away. Tonight meet all the other fun-loving singles at dinner!
Cruise Day 2: Day At Sea (Tuesday: December 27)
Our first day at sea gives us the opportunity to get to know each other. Join in all the exclusive singles or the exciting cruise activities that will be going on today. Tonight is the private singles cocktail party.
Cruise Day 3: Cozumel, Mexico (Wednesday: December 28 / 7:00am – 4:00pm)
Just off the coast of the Yucatan Peninsula sits the island of Cozumel, draped in lush, tropical vegetation. The reefs that fringe the island beckon divers and snorkelers. The most popular shore excursions include snorkeling on famous Palancar Reef or a beginner’s dive at Paraiso Reef. A land tour will provide a nice taste of Mexico — Cozumel has done much to retain its Mexican character. Tourists also may want to take a short trip inland to visit the great pyramids and temples of the Mayas. Included Shore Excursion – Choose between
Cozumel Jeep Excursion, Snorkeling, Punta Sur Park Highlights and Lunch (5 hours) – A fun and exciting way to see Cozumel Island. Hop in our up to 5 person Cozumel Jeep and circle the island. Sightsee, snorkel, explore Punta Sur and Mayan Ruins plus complimentary beach side lunch! Our jeep staff will check us in, go over the driving plan and safety instructions before we get into our 5 person, jeep (driving can be shared). Our first stop is reef snorkeling from shore in the warm Caribbean water (snorkels included). Next it’s island sightseeing time and Tequila Tasting! Enjoy a guided tour of the Punta Sur Ecological Park, the southernmost point of Cozumel, including Columbia Lagoon and its famous crocodiles. We will also see “El Caracol” a small Mayan ruin and climb to the top of a lighthouse for stunning views of this protected area.
or Cozumel Passion Island VIP All Inclusive Beach Break (6 hours) – Travel to Passion Island, a gorgeous private island only accessible by boat, a true tropical island getaway. After a brief orientation about the island facilities, we are free to roam and enjoy this little slice of paradise! Enjoy water trampolines, paddle boats, kayaks, beach lounge chairs, hammocks, volleyball and soccer area, restrooms, showers and more. Included is a freshly prepared grilled lunch buffet and an open domestic bar. Relax in the shade from a hammock, stroll the beach, swim in the warm water, work on your tan… There will be games provided by the staff with prizes for the winners if you want to join in or just watch from the sidelines. Cruise Day 4: Harvest Caye, Belize (Thursday: December 29 / 10:00am – 6:00pm)
Spread across two islands, the 75-acre Harvest Caye in Belize is a private island that caters to Norwegian Cruise Line passengers. Found less than five miles off the shore of Placencia, this destination houses a docking and tendering facility with a connection point to the mainland. Travelers to the caye will have the opportunity to enjoy activities such as snorkeling and scuba diving, with the chance of up close interactions with the local sea life. Harvest Caye is a perfect eco-tourism site that provides plenty of diverse terrain including jungles, rain-forests, swamps, coral reef, and more for each visitor to explore. Included Shore Excursion Ocean Explorer Snorkeling Adventure (4 hours) – Sail to a tiny tropical island on a large power catamaran to snorkel the reef that surrounds the island. It’s a very live, vibrant reef with beautiful coral and colorful fish.
Cruise Day 5: Santo Tomas de Castilla, Guatemala (Friday: December 30 / 8:00am – 5:00pm)
Located on the eastern coast of Honduras, Santa Tomas de Castilla was originally settled in the 19th century by Belgian pioneers. Check out the abundant flora and fauna of Las Escobas Waterfalls, located within the protected nature reserve at the Cerro San Gil. Included Shore Excursion. Rio Dulce Canyon / AK-Tenamit / Livingston (5 hours) – We depart Santo Tomas de Castilla by small boat, gliding past the lush green coast of Guatemala till we reach the mouth of the Rio Dulce. a jungle river Inhabited by the Maya-Q’eqchi. Visit the hanging gardens and the Ak’Tenamit, an indigenous community development organization that promotes long-term solutions to poverty through education, health, income generation and cultural programs (don’t forget to bring items for the kids). Then we stop at the garden lagoon and Bird Island.
Next it’s on to the Garifuna village of Livingston. The Garifuna trace their roots back to 1635, Eastern Caribbean when two Spanish slave ships from Nigeria shipwrecked and the slaves mixed with the locals Caribs and a new culture and traditions emerged. Because of this multicultural diversity the village is very colorful and fun loving. Visit the multicultural museum, stroll the colorful streets and enjoy lunch in a regional restaurant before we return to the port.
Cruise Day 6: Roatan, Honduras – Happy New Year! (Saturday: December 31 / 8:00am – 5:00pm)
Beautiful and unspoiled, Roatan is a peaceful, eco-tourist’s dream, just 30 miles off the coast of Honduras in Central America. Sitting on the Caribbean Sea, it has lush tropical jungles, fabulous coral reefs and great beaches. Roatan has also become a favorite of resort vacationers apart from the numerous cruise ships visiting on a weekly basis all year round. Included Shore Excursion West Bay Beach Break + Choose one – Snorkeling / Monkey Sanctuary / Zipline($) (5 hours) – West Bay Beach offers the very best powder white sandy beaches on Roatan. Boasting crystal clear water, abundant marine life, shore snorkeling, live music, local artisans and more! Enjoy one of the included activities and relax on the beach, the day is yours. Snorkeling – No need to leave West Bay. Just a few steps into the sea and you’ll be submersed in amazing coral formations and outstanding snorkeling, keep your eye out for turtles and schools of squid. Equipment included. The Monkey and Parrot Sanctuary is an interactive and exciting experience for everyone. Monkeys will sit with you and eat seeds, and if you’re lucky, “Lola” may hug you as you pass her by. Parrots will happily purch on your shoulder and pose for pictures. Zipline is 2 miles, 16 platforms, 13 zip line cables (longest is 1300 ft) and the highest point is over 100 ft.
Cruise Day 7: Costa Maya, Mexico (Sunday: January 1 / 7:00am – 6:00pm)
Mysterious ruins rescued from the jungle, monkeys announcing themselves from the trees, incredibly beautiful and rare birds, pristine beaches and a magnificent coral reef are just some of the attributes of the Costa Maya. This southern section of the Yucatan coast stretches 80 miles from Xcalak, a fishing village on a finger of land reaching out to Belize. Included Shore Excursion Lost Mayan Kingdom Water Park – Spend the day at the Maya Lost Mayan Kingdom, a waterpark offering exciting, fun and refreshing activities. There’s something for everyone – waterslides, ziplines, lazy river, swimming pool, Mayan jungle and more. Slide straight down on the Kamikaze slide or spin into the hydro-whip slide, you have nine water slides to choose from. Take flight on one or both zipline courses. Zip over 3,000 feet for a birds-eye view of the park, surrounding jungle and the Caribbean Sea. Work your way through the rope course and across the suspension bridge. Top it off with the thrill of a lifetime – the Kukulcan Zip Coaster, an 800 foot flight with twists and turns. Ready for a swim or just want to relax? Head over to the swimming pool or the natural Cenote pool. Grab an inner-tube and take the River Expedition, a lazy river that flows through the Mayan jungle.

Our last day at sea. Time to relax and share a farewell dinner with all your new singles cruise friends. Of course you can join in all the exclusive singles or the exciting cruise activities that will be going on today. Tonight is farewell private singles cocktail party.
Cruise Day 9: Tampa, Florida (Tuesday: January 3 / Disembark at 8:00am)
At 8am the Norwegian Jade returns to Tampa, Florida. Be sure to gather those emails to keep in touch with your new lifelong friends, and don’t forget to plan ahead for your next singles vacation or cruise!

Q: Can I bring my own alcohol? A: You can bring 1 bottle per person / 2 bottles per room of champagne or wine only. No other alcoholic beverages are allowed. Do not pack it in your luggage; it will be confiscated. Take it with you in your carry-on.
